Williamsburg, Ky. - Following a home forfeit from Union College (Ky.), the Lawrence Technological men's lacrosse team heads down to play No. 3 Reinhardt University in Williamsburg, Kentucky, a neutral site. This will be only their second game of the season following a close game against Hope College where they fell 13-14.
Leading the team offensively following their only game of the season was Brendan Oles (SR/Warren, Mich.) who had three goals and two assists. Along his side was Justin Light (SO/Hartland, Mich.) with four goals. Four other Blue Devils scored, and five of the 13 goals were assisted.
In net, Joel Trent (SO/South Lyon, Mich.) held down the crease with a 50% save percentage, saving 14 shots. Right in front of Trent was Wyatt Nedbal (FR/Romeo, Mich.) who had three caused turnovers in the game against Hope.
Despite one loss, the Blue Devils (2-1) have two wins under their belt due to forfeiture, moving them up in the polls last week from the 9th rank spot to now 8th.
Following this match, Lawrence Tech heads into spring break starting on March 10th where the men's Lacrosse team will travel to Florida to play three games over the course of the week.
