    SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – The Lawrence Technological (Mich.) University men’s soccer team had a busy start to 2019. The Blue Devils started earlier this year as they began training towards the end of January due to being given the opportunity to play four great soccer programs this spring: Western Michigan University, Davenport (Mich.) University, Oakland (Mich.) University and Saginaw Valley State (Mich.) University.

University men's soccer team fell 4-0 to University of Rio Grande (Ohio) in the opening round of the NAIA Tournament on Saturday, November 17, in Rio Grande, Ohio. With the result, Lawrence Tech closes its season with a mark of 14-7-1, matching the program record for wins in a season set a year ago.

University 1-0 in the second round of the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Tournament this afternoon. This is the second year in a row that the Blue Devils make it to the Championship game.

University 2-1 in overtime at the LTU Athletic Field on Saturday afternoon. With the win, the Blue Devils move on to the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Semifinals at top-seed Madonna (Mich.) University.

(11-6-1 | 8-3-0 WHAC) men's soccer team fell 3-2 to (17) University of Northwestern Ohio (13-3-2 | 10-1-0 WHAC) this afternoon in the last game of the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference regular season. The Blue Devils started winning the game with a 2-0 score, but UNOH had a good comeback in the last 30 minutes of the second half to take the victory.

    SOUTHFIELD, Mich.- The Lawrence Technological University (Mich.) (11-5-1 | 8-2-0 WHAC) men's soccer team defeated Cornerstone University (Mich.) (8-8-1 | 7-3-0 WHAC) with a 1-0 score in the LTU Athletic Field. With this result, the Blue Devils are now placed in fourth place in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference. This was a Pink Game, in which the Blue Devils showed their support for breast cancer awareness as the players used pink socks and coaches pink shirts.

    FORT WAYNE, Ind.- The Lawrence Technological University (Mich.) (8-5-1 | 5-2-0 WHAC) men's soccer team fell 3-0 against Indiana Tech this afternoon. This result puts the all-time series 2-4-1 in favor of the Warriors. The Blue Devils outshoot Indiana Tech 17-14, with six shots in the first half and 11 in the second. Lawrence Tech also led the corner kicks, as they had 11 and Indiana Tech did not have any.

(8-4-1 | 5-1-0 WHAC) men's soccer team increased its win streak to five wins in a row after defeating Rochester College (Mich.) 3-0 this evening at the LTU Athletic Field. The Blue Devils overshoot the Warriors 23-2, with 13 shots in the first half and 10 in the second. Lawrence Tech's defense allowed only one shot on frame, which was saved by goalkeeper Maxwell Jewett(JR/Sterling Heights, Mich.) in the 12th minute of the second half.

With the result of this game, the record of the Blue Devils for the season so far is set at 7-4-1 overall and 4-1-0 for the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference.

The Blue Devil defense played an excellent game, as they only allowed the Saints to have one shot. LTU outshoot the Aquinas 24-1, with 14 shots in the first half and 10 in the second. The Blue Devils that scored were Michael Avila (JR/Toronto, Ontario, Canada), Chris Serwatka(SR/Troy, Mich), Ryan Resendes (Windsor, Ontario, Canada), and Matthew Sherman(SO/Pinckney, Mich.).

LTU also outshoot the Cardinals 11-7 with 10 shots in the first half and one in the second. The Blue Devils that scored were Bryce Nicholson (SO/Jenison, Mich.) and Kevin Wright(JR/Linden, Mich.).

The Blue Devils that scored were Nicolas Rodriguez-Bermejo (JR/Madrid, Spain), Kevin Wright (JR/Linden, Mich.), Chris Serwatka (SR/Troy, Mich.), Bryce Nicholson (SO/Jenison, Mich.), Alvaro Garcia(JR/Mallorca, Spain), and Jake Rajewski (JR/Midland, Mich.).

The Crusaders tied the game in the 63rd minute and scored the winning goal in the 87th. MU outshoot LTU 18-11. The Blue Devils had four shots on the first half and other four on the second. Goalkeeper Maxwell Jewett (JR/Sterling Heights, Mich.) had three saves, one on the first half and two on the second.

Goalkeeper Maxwell Jewett (JR/Sterling Heights, Mich.) had three saves throughout the 90 minutes, two on the first half and one on the second.

The Eagles tied the game in the 78th minute and scored the winning goal in the 95th. LTU outshoot RMU 18-11, with five shots on the first half, 13 on the second, and zero on the over-time. The Blue Devils also lead 10-7 in shots on goal. Goalkeeper Maxwell Jewett (JR/Sterling Heights, Mich.) had five saves throughout the 95 minutes.

The Blue Devils had the possession of the ball throughout the 90-minutes of the game. LTU also outshoot the Crimson Wave 29-6 and lead the corner kicks 12-1.

    West Palm Beach, Fla.- The Lawrence Technological University (Mich.) men's soccer team finished their participation in the 2018 Keiser Invitational after tying the game against (RV) Keiser University (Fla.) earlier today with a score of 1-1. The game was played under bad weather conditions. In fact, it was paused in the middle of the second half for about 30 minutes.

    Notre Dame, Ind.- The Lawrence Technological University (Mich.) men's soccer team started the fall 2018 season on the right foot after defeating Holy Cross College (Ind.) 4-0 with two goals of Chris Serwatka (SR/Troy, Mich.), one of Bryce Nicholson (SO/Jenison, Mich.), and one own goal from Callum Beaver.
