FITNESS AND WELLNESS AT LAWRENCE TECH
The Fitness & Wellness program consist of Bootcamp, Fitness Class, and Yoga Class. Classes are free of charge to all students, faculty/staff, and members of the Don Ridler Field House. Each class is taught by exciting and energetic, certified instructors. The schedule changes from semester to semester and alterations or additions will be posted on www.LTUAthletics.com. Tech Rec Fitness Classes
Come by and join in the fun of a fitness class next week to start your semester on the right foot. You can stay motivated this semester with the help of a class atmosphere. Just show up and you will be told what to do with some fellow students, alumni, or colleagues. Classes are designed to help you trim down, keep you motivated, relieve stress and, most importantly, make you feel better. All regular participants will receive a free t-shirt for participating, not to mention numerous health benefits from regular exercise.
