In the last meeting between the two programs, No. 2 Davenport cruised pass the Lady Blue Devils, 84-58, for their 16th straight win of the season. The Panthers would go on to win the conference title with a 21-1 WHAC mark. Allison Kitchen (SO/Clio, MI) finished the contest with 14 points and four rebounds, while Maegan Branham (SO/Michigan Center, MI) added 11 points and seven rebounds.

Despite a 31-point lift from the bench, the Lady Blue Devils dropped a tough game to Cornerstone University (Mich.), 71-64. LTU won the rebound battle 39-30, but turnovers doomed Lawrence Tech as the Panthers manufactured 14 points off 18 turnovers. Allison Kitchen scored 17 points and collected 12 rebounds for her fourth double-double of the year.
The Return of Hali Butler:
Junior guard Hali Butler returned to form in her second appearance back from injury as she poured in 18 points and ten rebounds against the Golden Eagles of Cornerstone. Butler, who missed eight of the team's 12 games, was last season's leading scorer and rebounder with 12 points per game and 6.5 rebounds per game.
