Hammond, Ind. - The Lawrence Technological University women's soccer team travels to Hammond, Indiana on August 18 for a 2 p.m. CST game with Purdue University Northwest.
Lawrence Tech (1-0) enters this match-up following a 3-2 win against the Roosevelt University Lakers on August 17. Freshmen Tia Lamie (FR/Portage, Mich.) and Ally Nyboer (FR/Grandville, Mich.) scored goals for the Blue Devils, as well as senior Nicole Propst (SR/Warren, MI).
Goalkeeper Megan Dixon (SR/Andover, MN) (SR/Midland, MI) allowed two goals while making four saves.
Returning players for Purdue Northwest include Shelby Ross, who totaled one goal, five points and three assists, and Shayna Coy who recorded two goals, two assists and six points on the year. This will be PNW's first match for the 2016 season.
