Box Score ROCHESTER, Mich.- The women's basketball team hit the road for the second time this week, this time heading to Rochester, Michigan to take on the Warriors of Rochester University, on Saturday, January 30th. The Blue Devils fell to the Warriors to the tune of 69-75 inside Garth Pleasant Arena.
Overall, Kendall Fisher leads the team in scoring today, dropping 25 pts, along with 5 steals, 4 assists, and 3 rebounds. Fellow Blue Devils Julia Huey had 14 pts, alongside 2 assists, 1 steal, and 4 rebounds, while Gabby Gough had 14 pts, 15 rebounds, and 1 assist today. Teryn Kline had 7 pts, 1 assist, 1 steal, and 1 rebound. Other Blue Devils to score were Cierra Harris with 5 pts, Gracie Mitchell with 1 point, Kylee Batey with 1 point, and Addie Nagel with 1 point.
The Blue Devils were 20-63 from the floor, shooting 31.7% while going 6-24 from beyond the arc, shooting 25%, and going 23-29 from the charity stripe shooting 79.3% for the day.
Looking ahead, the Blue Devils have a grueling stretch ahead of them this week. They head to Grand Rapids Monday night to take on Cornerstone, then back home Wednesday night to play Madonna. From there, a reschedule of Aquinas at home Thursday night, a trip to Ohio to take Lourdes Saturday afternoon, then a trip to Adrian, Michigan to play Siena Heights on Sunday evening.
