Sylvania, Ohio - The Lawrence Technological University Blue Devils women's basketball team traveled to face off against the Lourdes Gray Wolves in WHAC play.

The Blue Devils came away with a 56-42 victory. Julia Huey led all players with 18 points. Mercedes Wagner tallied 13 points to lead Lourdes. 

How it Happened:

1st Quarter

• Wagner opened up the game's scoring with a layup off a Shallyn Miley assist
• Jade Faris answered with a layup of her own
• Maggie Long ends a Lourdes 6-0 run with a three off a Kendall Fisher dime
• Gracie Mitchell reclaimed the lead for the Blue Devils with a layup
• Wagner finds Shae Pedroza for three to take the advantage back
• Dominique Evans sets up Mitchell for a layup, leading to a Lourdes timeout
• Wagner's layup ends the quarter's scoring
• Lawrence Tech 16, Lourdes 13

2nd Quarter

• Off a Nadeem Jemaa rebound, Fisher steals it and lays it in to start the second-quarter scoring
• Huey hits a triple from Fisher to extend the lead to eight
• Wagner's layup-and-one cut the deficit to five
• Huey's second three caps of a 7-0 LTU run
• Wagner splits two sets at the stripe to end the quarter
• Lawrence Tech leads 28-20 at half

3rd Quarter

• Huey's triple kicked off the second-half scoring
• Fisher and Miley trade layups
• The teams go scoreless for three-and-a-half minutes
• Faris stopped the drought with a layup
• Huey and London Ingram trade treys
• Fisher's last-second layup ends the scoring for the third
• Blue Devils lead 42-26 after three

4th Quarter

• Winter Richburg connects from downtown to open the fourth
• Ingram knocks down a trey, leading to a Blue Devils' timeout
• Huey's fifth triple started a 7-0 LTU run
• Wagner and Addie Nagel trade layups
• Huey's sixth long ball extended the LTU advantage to 18
• Pedroza's jumper and Ingram's layup closed out the game
• Lawrence Tech handles Lourdes, 56-42
