ANN ARBOR, Mich. - The Lawrence Technological University women's basketball team traveled to Ann Arbor to take on Concordia in WHAC Tournament play.

The Cardinals came away with a 60-49 victory. Kendall Fisher led all scorers with 22 points. Samantha Dorn and Taylor Leatherman scored 20 and 16 points to lead the Cardinals, respectively.

1st Quarter

• Leatherman hits a jumper to take an early 2-0 lead
• Julia Huey answers with a jumper of her own
• Asaria Turman makes a layup
• Following a Zaria Mitchner free throw, Fisher hit two from the stripe
• An 8-0 CUAA spurt gave the Cardinals a 13-4 lead
• Addie Nagel ends the run with a split at the line
• CUAA 13, LTU 5 after one

2nd Quarter

• Leatherman and Fisher trade baskets to open the second quarter
• A Gracie Mitchell layup would cut the deficit to six
• Dorn hits from downtown to extend back to nine
• Kylee Batey makes a layup with 43 seconds left to bring the Blue Devils within seven
• Leatherman knocks down a triple to take a double-digit lead into the half
• CUAA led 26-16 at half

3rd Quarter

• Fisher's layup starts off the third
• Dorn's bucket-and-one gives Concordia an 11-point cushion
• Batey and Keirslynn Lawless trade layups
• Huey knocks down a three
• A Dominique Evans layup whittled the Cardinal advantage to six
• Lawless earns one from the stripe to extend the lead to seven
• Fisher hits one from the line with 44 seconds left in the quarter
• After three, LTU trailed CUAA 38-32

4th Quarter

• Leatherman's layup-and-a-foul kicked off the fourth quarter
• Fisher answers with a layup
• Mitchell and Alize Tripp trade layups
• Fisher's personal seven-in-a-row whittled the deficit to just three with 2:33 to go
• Concordia would make their next six free throws, extending to nine with 55 ticks left
• Nagel makes a layup limiting the distance to seven
• Tripp ices the game, hitting the last four free throws to end it
• Cardinals defeat the Blue Devils 60-49

By the Numbers

• The Blue Devils shot just 6.3 percent (1-of-16) from deep, compared to 30 percent (3-of-10) for Concordia
• The Cardinals outshot the Blue Devils at the line 30 to 19 

This WHAC Quarterfinals loss will end the Blue Devils' season with a record of 15 wins and 16 losses.
