MARION, IND. - The Lawrence Technological University men's track and field team had success at Nationals. The Blue Devils participated in four events, reaching the finals in two of the four.
Griffin Armbrustmacher ran in the 1500m, taking 2nd in the prelims with a 3:53.19 time then ran a 3:54.11 in the finals, placing 6th.
Conner Uppleger ran the 5000, placing 7th in te prelims with a time of 14:49.81 and then ran the fnal, timing 15:10.39.
Hunter Assenmacher ran the 3000 steeplechase and finished the prelims at 9:52.71. He did not qualify for the finals.
The 4x800 relay team of
Noah Blandino, Assenmacher, Armbrustmacher, and
Luke Droz ran a 7:54.80 in the prelims and did not qualify for the final.
