Lawrence Tech men's hockey alumnus Brandon Paulus has filled several roles on the coaching staff since his graduation in 2016, currently assisting the Blue Devils with alumni relations and scouting.

Prior to his current role, Paulus was a hockey liaison and scout for two seasons from 2018-20 after spending 2016-18 as a graduate assistant coach.

He played for the Blue Devils for five years (2011-16) as a goaltender, serving as a team captain for the 2015-16 season. While pursuing his bachelor's degree in architecture, Paulus was a two-time ACHA Academic All-American as well as a three-time recipient of the Loyalty and Perseverance Award. 

Paulus earned his master's degree in architecture from LTU in 2018.
