Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. Antonio attended Ferndale High School, where he
was an All-State athlete in the long jump and 4x100 meter relay, which still holds the
school record.
As a student-athlete at Tiffin University in Ohio, he became a 7-time All-Conference
performer, conference champion, National Qualifier, and school record holder indoor &
outdoor in the triple jump. In doing so, he became the first person in program history to
reach the 50ft mark in triple jump. A leap that still stands as the program’s 3rd furthest
outdoor jump.
After receiving his bachelor’s degree in sports management from Tiffin University, he
went on to coach at Southfield High School for Arts and Technology. In his first year of
high school coaching, he coach the #6 long jumper in Michigan.Â
Since then, he moved on to take over as Head Coach at his alma mater Ferndale High School.
There, he has coached 17 state qualifiers, 5 All-State athletes, and broke 4 school records.
