Andrew Herrick serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities & Operations at Lawrence Technological University, where he oversees the daily logistics, staffing, and strategic planning for LTU’s 30 varsity sports. He also provides sports oversight for LTU’s tennis, track and field, women’s volleyball, Golf, and Hockey programs, and manages the athletic department's ticket operations, ensuring a seamless experience for fans and stakeholders across all athletic events.

A proud graduate of both Ashford University (B.A. in Sports & Recreation Management and Business Administration) and Lawrence Technological University (MBA in Project Management), Andrew brings a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and sport management education to his role. He is a member of the Collegiate Event and Facility Management Association (CEFMA). He has successfully overseen multiple NAIA National Championship events hosted by Lawrence Tech, delivering high-level execution and memorable experiences for athletes, officials, and fans.

Andrew is deeply committed to building a culture of excellence, inclusion, and tradition within LTU Athletics. His work spans everything from facility rentals and game-day operations to branded program development and student mentorship. His attention to detail and collaborative approach have helped elevate the Blue Devil experience for athletes, families, and the broader LTU community.
