Throughout his career, Hillard has established a reputation for developing student-athletes, building successful programs, and creating a culture centered on growth both on and off the field.

A passionate advocate for the growth of the game, Hillard is committed to mentoring young women through athletics while building a program grounded in accountability, relationships, excellence, and personal growth. He is excited to lead the Blue Devils into the next chapter of Lawrence Technological University Women’s Lacrosse and develop confident students, leaders, and championship-caliber competitors.
