HOW IT HAPPENED

The first quarter started off neck and neck for the Blue Devils (15-9, 10-4) and CUAA (13-9, 7-6) with each team scoring 20 points. Then, the Blue Devils dialed up the notch both defensively and offensively, grabbing 27 points and limiting the Cardinals to 10 points. This extended the lead to 17 going into the half.

The third quarter nearly mirror the first, but the Cardinals found it within themselves to grab a few more baskets and limited the Blue Devils to their lowest performance in a quarter for that game, a small 13 point quarter, while they grabbed 19 points.

However, going into the fourth 60-49, LTU persisted, grabbing 19 points to the Cardinals 10, sealing their win 79-59.

Up next, the Blue Devils travel to University of Michigan - Dearborn on Saturday afternoon for their latest WHAC match-up. The game will be live streamed and will have live stats from the Dearborn athletics website, but links can be found on LTUathletics.com.
