Farmington Hills, MI – The Lawrence Technological University ACHA D1 men's hockey team fell 4-3 to the University of Michigan-Dearborn Wolverines in a game that technically ended on Saturday after a 10:20 pm Friday night puck drop at the Farmington Hills Ice Arena.
How It Happened:
- John Horn started the scoring at the 9:36 mark as James Jentz set up Horn for his second goal of the season
- LTU added a back breaker right before the intermission as Patrick McGowan scored his first goal of the season to give LTU a 2-0 lead heading to intermission
- The Wolverines roared back in the second as they scored four times, one via the power play, to hold the 4-2 advantage heading to the third period
- The Blue Devils were unable to pull within one until the closing seconds as Thimo Ey scored his team-leading seventh goal of the season
