Toledo, OH – The Lawrence Technological University women's volleyball team fell to the Lourdes University Grey Wolves in straight set 19-25, 21-25, 17-25 on Wednesday night.

First Set:

• Ellery Cure kill gave LTU an early 9-6 lead
• Lourdes responded with a 7-0 run and 11-of-12 to open up a 17-10 advantage
• Lindsay Hubler kill cut it to 21-16 before Lourdes closed out the set

Second Set:

• LTU trailed throughout the set until another Cure kill tied the match at 19-19
• Lourdes answered by taking the next three points
• The Blue Devils were unable to take advantage of two Grey Wolves service errors as they fell by four

Third Set:

• Abby Zambeck setup Madeline Hudson for a 14-12 LTU advantage
• Lourdes countered with 6-of-8 to retake the lead at 20-16
• Hudson halted the run with another kill before the Grey Wolves closed out the match on a 5-0 run
