Box Score Fort Wayne, Ind. – The #20 Lawrence Technological University ACHA D1 men's hockey team trailed 3-1 after two periods before the #12 Indiana Tech Warriors scored four times in the third to win 7-1 on Saturday evening.
How It Happened:
- IIT led 1-0 after the first 20 minutes
- The Warriors scored 40 seconds into the second before adding another with 2:34 to go to open up a 3-0 advantage
- LTU got on the board a little over a minute later when Adam Rebecca found Alec Allen, for the defenseman's first tally of the season, as the Blue Devils trailed by two heading to the third
- LTU had an opportunity to cut the deficit to one on the power play, but IIT netted a shorthanded goal 3:36 into the frame before adding three more in the period to win 7-1
