Box Score Lima, OH - The 7-seeded Lawrence Technological Blue Devils women's soccer team traveled to take on the 3-seeded University of Northwest Ohio Racers in the WHAC Tournament semifinals.
The winner of the match would take on the top seed, Aquinas Saints, in the WHAC final and earn a bid in the NAIA National tournament.
Lawrence Tech started off the shooting with Jenny Dear's attempt, wide left, in the first minute.
Then, in the eighth minute, Nanna Rosengreen set up Agnes Stesfansdottir to give the Racers an early 1-0 lead.
The 13th minute produced another Racer goal, as Jeweleen Reuille sent a cross into the box for Patricia Gomez Nogueira to finish off for the goal. 2-0 Racers.
Moments later, in the 15th minute Reuille powered a shot top shelf over Rebecca Almandoz to add another to the UNOH lead.
The 26th minute saw another goal for the Racers as Alejandra Gomez Nogueira's cross set up her sister, Patricia, for her second goal of the evening. 4-0 Racers.
The Blue Devils put up their second shot of the half, and Jaiden Konrad puts it in to cut the deficit to 4-1 after 30 minutes.
UNOH outshot LTU 13 shots to three, with nine of the Racers shots on net to the Blue Devils' one.
In the second half, the Racers continued their dominance.
Patricia Gomez Nogueira's dominant performance continued, with an assist to Ariana Mondiri in the 57th minute and her hat-trick-clinching goal in the 78th minute from Mondiri for the Racers fifth and sixth goals of the afternoon.
The Racers advance after their 6-1 victory against the Blue Devils.
