Box Score Farmington Hills, Mich. – The #21 Lawrence Technological University ACHA D1 men's hockey team fell to the #18 University of Michigan-Dearborn Wolverines 7-1 on Saturday evening.
How It Happened:
- UMD started the scoring less than a minute into the game and led 3-0 less than half way through the opening period
- Cole Therrian got the Blue Devils onto the board via an unassisted goal 15 seconds into the second period
- The Wolverines answered by scoring two goals in the next 1:06 to stretch the margin to four at 5-1
- UMD held a 6-1 advantage heading to the final period and added another tally with less than three minutes remaining to cap off the 7-1 road win
