SOUTHFIELD, Mich.- The men's basketball hit the hardwood inside Don Ridler Field House Wednesday night. Still, without 4 players, including 2 starters, the Blue Devils were in a battle with the Warriors of Indiana Tech for most of the game. However, a stagnant second half kept the upset bid at bay, with the Warriors beating the Blue Devils 78-65.

The Blue Devils had 22 rebounds, 14 assists, 6 steals, 1 block, 11 turnovers, and 13 fouls. Overall, the Blue Devils shot 23-52 from the field and 44.2% for the game, 10-23 from beyond the arc, 43.5% for the game, and 10-23 at the charity stripe, shooting 64.3% for the game.

Junior Carter Frantz was the leading scorer for the Blue Devils Wednesday night with 17 pts, Gunnar Gustafson had 14 pts, Sanna Sisawo with 12 pts, and Alek Ivanovic with 10 pts. Altogether, the Blue Devils had 4 starters in double-digits on the evening.

Looking ahead, the Blue Devils travel to Ann Arbor, Michigan, to take on WHAC foe Concordia on Saturday afternoon tip-off's slated for 3 pm.
