Box Score Lima, OH – The Lawrence Technological University women's volleyball team earned their first win of the season on Friday night, defeating the University of Northwestern Ohio, 25-20, 25-27, 25-19, 25-21.

Set 1:
- Ellery Cure kill made it 10-6 LTU
- LTU took 9-of-10 points to extend the lead to 19-9
- UNOH cut the deficit to four, 22-18
- Back-to-back kills by Lindsay Hubler closed out the opening set 25-20
Set 2:
- Abby Zambeck found Hubler to make it 11-5 LTU
- An 11-2 run by UNOH helped the Racers take back the lead at 18-17
- Madeline Hudson's kill made it set point for LTU at 25-24 but…
- UNOH registered three straight kills to close out the set 27-25
Set 3:
- Zambeck set up Lexie Kallio to make it 10-4 LTU
- An UNOH service ace trimmed the margin to two, 17-15
- LTU closed out the set with an 8-4 run to win it 25-19
Set 4:
- LTU trailed 8-4 early before Hubler knotted the set at 12-12
- This began a 7-1 Blue Devils run that opened up a 18-13 advantage
- UNOH got to within one at 22-21 but kills by Cure and Hubler closed out the set 25-21
