Southfield, MI - The Lawrence Technological University men's soccer team opened up the Blue Devil Classic Tournament at home against Indiana East University by dominating in a 3-0 victory Saturday night on September 4th. 

It only took LTU 22 minutes in this game to take the lead by a goal from Juan Jaramillo which came from a rocket free-kick that found the back of the net in the top right corner.

LTU was up 1-0 heading into the half. Just two minutes into the second half the Blue Devils extended their lead to 2-0 by a goal from Adrian Miling, assisted by Zane Arnold. 

In the 88th minute, Alberto Morera gave LTU their last goal of the game to give them the 3-0 victory over IU East.

Goalkeeper, Kieran Malachino got the win in this one with a shutout where he did not see any shots on goal.

LTU outshot the Red Wolves 12-0, along with four corner kicks on the evening. 

The Blue Devils' next match is on Monday, September 6th versus UT Southern University in the championship game of the Blue Devil Classic at 2 PM at home.
