Adrian, MI - The Lawrence Technological University played against (RV) Madonna University on Friday afternoon with the winner advancing to the championship series. The Blue Devils knocked out 12 hits, but struggled to get timely ones as they fell by a final of 11-1.

• Jake Llaneza reached on a fielder's choice then stole second.
• Banaszewski scored after stealing home to take an early 1-0 lead.
• The Crusaders responded with a seven-run inning in the bottom half on five hits.
• A two-run shot to right field extended the lead to 8-1 in the second.
• The Blue Devils' were held scoreless in the third and fourth inning on two hits.
• Two sacrifice flies by Madonna made it 10-1 after three.
• LTU would leave five more runners stranded in the final five innings of play.
