Southfield, Mich - The Lawrence Tech women's soccer team defeated University of Northwestern Ohio for in another WHAC matchup Saturday afternoon, winning 2-1. The Blue Devils improve to 10-3-2 overall and 7-2 in the conference, while the Racers fall to 9-5-2 and 6-2-1.

Gabi Nelson started the game for the Blue Devils. Nelson taking four shots from the Racers, saving three of those shots.
Senior captain
DiOnna Hill started the scoring for the Blue Devils at the 14th minute mark. The Racers started the scoring in the second half with a tying goal at the 65th minute mark. With little time left, fifth year midfielder
Dahlia Jerovsek scored the game winning goal in the 87th minute to bring the Blue Devils a 2-1 win.
The Blue Devils will host Aquinas for their Pink Out game on Wednesday at a 7:00 P.M.kickoff.
