ANN ARBOR, MICH. - The Lawrence Technological Blue Devils women's volleyball team traveled to take on the Cardinals of Concordia-Ann Arbor in a WHAC battle. A day after winning in straight sets versus Rochester, the Blue Devils had claw this one away from Concordia, needing all five sets and the win-by-two in the fifth set, winning 14-25, 25-20,26-24, 22-25, 16-14.
Lindsay Hubler dominated, leading all player in kills (22) and points (25.5). Riley O'Connell and Maria Trevino Nunez also were in double figures in points and kills.
Juliana Bollini set the bar for ll player with 29 digs.
Abby Zambeck led the Blue Devils with 33 assists.
The Blue Devils (4-4,2-2) return to action on Wednesday, September 20 at 7pm when they battle the Madonna Crusaders in conference play.
