Box Score Highland Heights, KY - The Lawrence Technological University women's soccer squad headed out to Highland Heights, Kentucky to face off against the University of Cincinnati-Clermont. Women's Soccer defeated the Cougars 5-0.

Both goalkeepers for the Blue Devils recorded shutouts tonight. The Junior keeper, Gabi Nelson made the start in goal for the Blue Devils in the first half, not letting anything past her. Starting in the second half, freshmen Sarah Smith not letting anything past her either. 

The scoring started with a goal from the Blue Devils right away within a minute of play in the first half from sophomore Abigail Gray. Followed by another goal at the 27 minute mark from fifth year senior DiOnna Hill. Just ten minutes later junior Maliea May rips one right past the cougar's keeper to bring the Blue Devils up 3-0 heading into the second half. 

The Blue Devils were quiet at the start of the second half until May took another shot on the cougar's keeper that went right past her to extend their lead. Just with twelve minutes left in the game, senior Andrea Williams joined in on the scoring to make the score 5-0. 

Looking for their next victory, the Blue Devil's will head out to Georgetown, Kentucky tomorrow to play against Georgetown College at 1:00pm.
