LIVONIA, Mich - In an electrifying showdown at ACCU Arena in Livonia, MI,  the Lawrence Tech University Blue Devils were edged out by the Saint Francis Cougars with a final score of 88-77 on November 1, 2024. The game, part of the annual Bernie Holowicki Classic hosted by Madonna University, saw the Blue Devils fighting extremely hard but ultimately ceding victory to the Cougars.

The first half concluded with the Blue Devils narrowly leading, displaying a halftime score of 43-41. Aaron Dolny, Jimmy Salamone, Blake Lund, Andrew Rinn, and Cameron McEvans were pivotal for Lawrence Tech, with top scores of 15, 12, 14, 11, and 11 points respectively.  Despite the team's balanced attack and solid performance, Saint Francis managed to pull ahead in the second half, securing the win.

The Lawrence Tech Blue Devils, now with a record of 0-2, look forward to their next challenge against Goshen College (Ind.) at ACCU Arena on November 2, 2024. This upcoming contest offers the Blue Devils an opportunity to recalibrate and rebound from their back-to-back losses at the start of the season.
