OWENSBORO, Ky. --- The Lawrence Technological University Blue Devils traveled to Kentucky to start their season. The Blue Devils continued their road trip against Brescia.


HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Blue Devils got going early when Jack Burch hit a three-run shot to left in the top of the first.
• Jason Erhardt hits his second in as many days, extending the lead to 5-0
• A couple of walks gave Brescia some life in the fourth
• Carter Dixon allowed a home run in the ninth to make things interesting, but the Blue Devils came away on top

• Senior Dominic Puccetti started the game, he went 3.2 innings, allowing 2 runs (0 earned) on 1 hit and 5 walks, striking out 3.
• Jeremy Flattery pitched 3.1 innings in relief and earned the win
