SYLVANIA, OHIO — The Lawrence Technological University women's tennis team traveled to face Lourdes.


Doubles:

In 3-doubles, Miriam McCormick and Angela Anderanin steamrolled Merediz/Skoyroukos, 6-0

Taylor Mattingly-Harnden/Rafaela Tedesco tripped up Schoppa/Ortiz 6-4 in 2-doubles

The top-flight match saw Paola Herrera Rivera/Jacqueline Alcocer leave victorious against Chella/Schardt 6-4


Singles:

Schoppa despatched McCormick 6-2, 6-2

The 2-singles match of Tedesco/Schardt was won by Tedesco 7-6(5), 6-0 

The top-flight battle went the way of Lawrence Tech, with Herrera Rivera pulling through a 3-setter with Chella 1-6, 6-1, 6-4

Alcocer defeated Ortiz 6-0, 5-0, but then Ortiz retired

Mattingly-Harnden won 12 straight games in 5-singles, knocking down Meredic

Taylor Moore won her 6-singles match versus Skouroukos 6-2, 6-1. 

Lawrence Tech wins 6-1.
