SOUTHFIELD, Mich. - In an impressive display of skill and teamwork, the Lawrence Tech University Women's Tennis team, famously known as the Blue Devils, secured a decisive 7-0 victory over the Concordia University Cardinals on March 22, 2025, in Southfield, MI.

The Blue Devils showed their dominance in both singles and doubles competitions, leaving no room for the Cardinals to mount a challenge. Standout performances in the singles matches included Paola Herrera, who won her match 6-1 in both sets. Jackie Alcocer also excelled with a 6-0, 6-1 win. Notably, Claudia Calabuig, Isabella Aray, Miriam McCormick, and Jade Salvatore all won their matches effortlessly, with McCormick and Salvatore each sweeping their sets 6-0.

In doubles, the partnerships were equally successful. Alcocer and Taylor Mattingly-Harnden triumphed with a 6-3 win, while the teams of McCormick and Angela Anderanin, along with Taylor Moore and Herrera, both shut out their opponents 6-0.
