Blue Devils Men's Soccer Secure Victory Against Michigan-Dearborn in WHAC Soccer Clash

Box Score DEARBORN, Mich. - In a challenging WHAC Conference encounter on September 24, 2025, the Lawrence Tech University Blue Devils men's soccer team demonstrated resilience and skill to claim a 4-2 victory over the Michigan-Dearborn Wolverines. The game, held in Dearborn, Michigan, ended on a high note for the Blue Devils, lifting their season record to 3-5-1 and a conference record of 2-0-0.

The first half saw Jaime Andres Garcia put the Blue Devils in front, giving them a small lead of 1-0 at halftime. The second half turned into a tactical battlefield with Michigan-Dearborn initially gaining ground, as Salah Jallad and Diego Beaman managed to go past Blue Devils' goalie Goncalo Duraes, pushing the Wolverines to a temporary 2-1 lead. However, Lawrence Tech was determined to reclaim their lead.

Pablo Calvo and Manuel Ruiz each swung the momentum with penalty kicks, while Timotej Murcko, assisted by Emilio Pabon, added another goal, consolidating the final score to 4-2.
