ALLEN PARK, Mich. - Lawrence Tech turned in a pair of podium finishes at WHAC #4 on Saturday in Allen Park, Michigan, as both the men's and women's bowling teams placed third in fields of 12 with consistent scoring across their blocks. The Blue Devils' men totaled 6,236 pins, while the women compiled 5,762, giving Lawrence Tech matching top-three showings in conference play.

On the men's side, depth and steady scoring carried the Blue Devils to their third-place finish. Lawrence Tech stacked three strong three-game series near the top of the standings, led by Michael Martins, who finished 11th individually with a 672 total. Martins posted games of 206, 256, and 210, using his 250-plus middle game to anchor the team's scoring pace and keep the Blue Devils in contention near the top of the leaderboard.

Right behind him, KC Campbell added another high series, placing 15th with 662. Campbell opened with a 212, surged with a 258 in his second game, and closed with a 192, providing a critical scoring boost in the middle of the men's block. The Blue Devils also benefited from a solid performance by Gavin Haack, who finished 28th after rolling 228, 202, and 203 for a 633 series. The trio of Martins, Campbell, and Haack gave Lawrence Tech a reliable scoring core, helping the men maintain their position inside the top three throughout the event.

The women's team mirrored the men's result with its own third-place finish, totaling 5,762 pins in a 12-team field. Lawrence Tech relied on balanced production from its lineup, highlighted by three bowlers finishing in the top 35 individually. The collective effort allowed the Blue Devils to stay competitive in each game and secure another strong conference showing.

Samantha Czerw led the Lawrence Tech women with an 18th-place finish, rolling games of 195, 225 and 166 for a 586 series. Czerw's 225 in the second game marked one of the Blue Devils' key individual highs on the women's side and helped stabilize the team's total during the middle of the block. Kayla Zygmontowicz followed with a 554 series, shooting 196, 187 and 171 to place 26th and provide steady scoring across all three games.

Hannah Reid rounded out Lawrence Tech's top women's performers, placing 35th with a 548 series on games of 158, 206 and 184. Reid's 200-plus effort in the second game added another important lift as the Blue Devils worked to separate from the middle of the standings. Together, the performances from Czerw, Zygmontowicz and Reid helped lock in the team's third-place finish and reinforce the women's consistency in conference competition.

With both the men's and women's teams earning third in sizable WHAC fields, Lawrence Tech left Allen Park with momentum and evidence of strong depth on both rosters. The Blue Devils' mix of upper-tier individual series and balanced support scoring positions the teams well heading into the next stretch of the conference schedule.
