LIVONIA, Mich. – In a dramatic clash of conference contenders, the Blue Devils and Crusaders fought to a draw of 2-2. The physical battle featured a tale of two halves, with Lawrence Tech dominating the opening frame before Madonna mounted a fierce second-half comeback.

Andrew Cook opened the scoring in the 40th minute, turning an assist from
Timotej Murcko into the game's first goal. Just 37 seconds later, the Blue Devils capitalized on the momentum when
Pedro Roses delivered an unassisted strike at 39:45, sending Lawrence Tech into the locker room with a commanding 2-0 lead.
Madonna refused to go down quietly on their home turf, responding with an aggressive second-half onslaught where they outshot Lawrence Tech 10-1. The Crusaders cut the deficit in half early in the second period off a pass. Madonna continued to pressure the Blue Devils' defense, finally finding the equalizer in the 74th minute via an assist.
