Bullough descends from the state of Michigan's First Family of linebackers and along with late dad Hank are considered legends as both players and coaches in the Mitten.
After starring for the Michigan State Spartans' defense in the late 1980s and early1990s, Bullough played in the NFL for four seasons (1992-1995), suiting up for the Philadelphia Eagles and Miami Dolphins.
His coaching pedigree includes gigs in the Big Ten (Michigan State), SEC (LSU), Pac-12 (UCLA) and ACC (Syracuse) and in the NFL with the Chicago Bears and Cleveland Browns.
Bullough was also part of the turnaround at Eastern Michigan, developing future NFL All-Pro Maxx Crosby at the rush end spot.
In seven seasons coaching in the NFL, he sent 11 of his position players to the Pro Bowl in Hawaii.
The Bears organization credits Bullough with being the driving force behind the maturation and Hall of Fame career of linebacker Brian Urlacher.
