Justin White joins Lawrence Tech University, where he will serve as the Quarterbacks Coach and Recruiting Coordinator. He arrives after a successful season at St. Norbert College, where he served as the Quarterbacks Coach and Wide Receivers Coach, while also holding responsibilities as the Pass Game Coordinator.
During his time at St. Norbert, White played a key role in guiding the team to an 8–3 record—the program’s most wins since 2018—including a historic eight-game winning streak and a 2024 Lakefront Bowl victory, the first in school history. Under his mentorship, quarterback Peyton Lyon earned All-Conference honors and later transferred to Division I FCS program, the University of Central Arkansas. White also developed First Team All-Conference wide receiver Mitch Van Vooren, whose standout season led to him signing with the Seattle Seahawks.
Prior to his time at St. Norbert, White spent one season as the Running Backs Coach at the University of Findlay, where he mentored Brian Benson, who became the all-time leading rusher in Great Midwest Athletic Conference history. He also coached junior running back Garett Clark to All-Conference honors during that same season.
In 2022, White served as the Running Backs Coach at Defiance College, where he helped the Yellow Jackets produce their most productive rushing attack since 2010. His work that season contributed to running back Tyshaun Freeman earning All-Conference recognition.
