Mark Paulus has been a part of the Lawrence Tech men's hockey coaching staff since 2014 and currently serves as the director of player personnel.
As the director of player personnel, his responsibilities will include scouting, recruiting, and program operations.
Paulus started his coaching career in 1990, and it has spanned across all levels: learn to skate, house, travel, and high school.
During that time, his teams have won several championships including, advancing to multiple state finals. Several of his former players have moved on to play at the next level.
As a player, Paulus played collegiately at Michigan State University and was a member of their 1986 National Championship team while obtaining his bachelor's degree.
He and his wife, Debbie, have three children: Brandon, Ryan, and Allison.
