Biography

LTU 
Enrolled at LTU in the fall of 2022 and is currently majoring in media communications. She is currently entering her junior season as a blue devil. In her first season, she played in 7 games. 
2024
Saw action in 17 games while starting in 16 of them, scoring a goal against Rochester. As a defender, she caused 13 turnovers and picked up 17 ground balls. Her biggest game came against Ave Maria, where she caused 4 turnovers and picked up 3 ground balls, leading to a 9-8 Blue Devils victory.
2023 National Champions!
Played in 8 games of the 2023 season, with her first game coming against Tennessee Wesleyan as a 23-4 victory. She also scored a goal against Rochester in a Blue Devil victory. Carmen caused a turnover and picked up 2 ground balls throughout the season. 
High School
Played for Devine Child High School as a defender, wearing jersey number 16. She also won the CHSL 2022 championship. As well as being a 2022 all-state academic student. 
Personal
Daughter of Michael and Angela Foster; sister to Trevor and Sophia. She was named as to the 2024 WHAC All-Academic Team and a 2024 NAIA Daktronics Scholar All-American. She was born on June 16, 2004.
