ANN ARBOR, Mich. - The Lawrence Technological Blue Devils womens' soccer team visited Concordia for some Sunday WHAC action. The Cardinals and Blue Devils would walk away even, following a 2-2 draw.
The Blue Devils got the scoring started early, as Jenny Dear set up Abigail Gray for her third goal of the season in the third minute
Concordia did not wait long to answer, when Kiera Savage scored off a free kick in the 11th minute
Early in the second half, Isabella Elsey scores off her own rebound to give the Cardinals their first lead of the evening
Mikayla Waranauckas set up DiOnna Hill for her record-breaking goal to tie the game in the 82nd minute.
Gabi Nelson and Sydney Schnurstein each spent time in net for the Blue Devils in the draw.
The Lawrence Tech women's soccer team (2-3-5, 1-0-4) continues WHAC play on Wednesday, October 12th at home against UM-Dearborn at 7 pm.
