SAGINAW, Mich. - The Lawrence Technological University Blue Devils men's track and field team participated in the Saginaw Valley State University Jet's Pizza Invitational this past weekend
In the men's DMR, team A (Armbrustmacher/Assenmacher/Suber/Droz) took second, with a time of 10:18.08, less than 1 second off of the national qualifier and also a school record. Team B (Dietrich/Johnson/Dawson/Blandino) finished behind them in third at 10:57.92.
Ian Suber (2nd, 49.41) and
Jordan Johnson (6th, 49.91) finished 0.2 and 0.7 seconds off the national qualifier for the men' s 400m.
Jack Brass (55.44) and William Shall (56.48) also participated.
Hunter Assenmacher's 1:58.95 in the 800m placed him 15th.
The 1mi saw Luke Droz (4:25.86),
Chase Dietrich (4:31.53),
Ben Dawson (4:38.80), and
Noah Blandino (4:43.98) compete.
Griffin Armbrustmacher (8:47.60), Assenmacher (8:56.32),
Evan Wheeler (9:25.86), Sebastian Tarhanich (9:38.73) all ran in the 3000m
