Goshen, Ind. - The Lawrence Technological University men's soccer team traveled to Goshen, Indiana to face Goshen College as the Blue Devils sneak in for a 1-0 victory against the Maple Leafs. 

The Blue Devils keeper, senior Kieran Malachino recorded a shutout as he faced 4 shots and let nothing go through him. 

The whole game had been quiet, but still many chances for both the Blue Devils and the Maple Leafs to try and capitalize on their chances. They went into the second half still with no score. It was almost immediate that the Blue Devils capitalized in the 46:17 minute mark of the second half. Fifth year Gonzalo Sanz broke the silence with a shot right past the Maple Leafs keeper to give the Blue Devils the lead. 

The Blue Devils hope to continue the streak as they hit the road to Lawrenceville, Georgia for the Labor Day Georgia Gwinnett Grizzly Classic. The Blue Devils will kick off the classic on Friday, September 1st at 8:00pm to play West Virginia University Institute of Technology, followed by a match against Truett McConnell University on Sunday, September 3rd at 12:00pm.
