HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Adrian started the game out with Jasmine Riebel finding the net only 66 second into the game
- Moments later, Liliena Storer made it 2-0 Bulldogs under three minutes in
- Sophia Buckberger joined the action, netting her 23rd goal of the season wit a wraparound shot that stunned the goalie, making it 2-1 Adrian only four minutes in
- Jordin Giove returned the Adrian lead to 2
- Buckberger finds Jordyn Bebus to bring the game to 3-2 in the first
- Before the end of the first period, Theresa DiMaggio knots the game at 3 from a Sydney Lochow helper
- The Blue Devils took their first lead in the second period, when Buckberger scores on a breakaway from Athena Chapman, off Buckberger's own rebound
- The Bulldogs answered back on a Madison Grimm laser from the left circle, tying the game at 4
- Adrian took back the lead when Storer found Natalie Tolton in the third.
- Theresa DiMaggio knotted the game at 5 with 9:20 remaining in regulation
- No teams scored in the overtime period
GAME NOTES:
- Goalie Rachel Hart recorded 46 saves on 53 shots, including 12/12 in overtime.
- The Blue Devils tie their first game when scoring 4+ goals (were previously 6-0)
