FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The Lawrence Technological University Men's Lacrosse team headed out to #8 Indiana Tech on Wednesday evening.
The Blue Devils fell to the Warriors 22-12 in another WHAC matchup.
The Blue Devils are now 2-5 in conference play and 3-8 overall this season, while the Warriors now are 5-2 in conference play and 6-6 overall.
The Warriors grabbed the lead first, however senior
Eli Lozinski tied the game up quickly for the Blue Devils. Indiana Tech three unanswered goals following Lozinski's goal. Junior
Nick Soukup cut the Warriors lead down to 2 closing out the first quarter. The Warriors came out fast in the second quarter scoring four more games in a row. Junior
Grady Holmes cut their lead down to 5 goals, but the Warriors scored four more goals in a row. Holmes closed out the first half scoring two goals for the Blue Devils.
Indiana Tech opened up the second half scoring two goals right away. Soukup scored the first goal of the second half for the Blue Devils, and Indiana Tech scored three more goals, extending their lead by 11 goals. Holmes racked up another goal for the Blue Devils, attempting to get the Blue Devils back in the game. The Blue Devils struggling to stay in, the Warriors scored one more goal to close out the third quarter. Indiana Tech opened up the fourth quarter but Soukup responded scoring another for the Blue Devils. The Warriors put up two more goals following Soukup's goal. The Blue Devils found some light, scoring four unanswered goals. The Warriors closed out the game scoring one more goal, ending the game 22-12.

Jarret Willershausen played in goal for the Blue Devils, facing 35 shots and saving 13 of those shots.
