ROCHERSTER, Mich - The Lawrence Tech women's soccer team headed to Rochester Christian Saturday, ending in a 1-1 draw. The Blue Devils record is 3-4-2 overall and 1-1-1 in conference, while the Warriors are 1-4-5 overall and 1-2-2 in conference.    

Junior keeper Gabi Nelson started the game for the Blue Devils. Nelson making 8 saves against the Warriors 9 shots.    

The Blue Devils struck first with senior Kathleen Ferguson at the 21:12 minute mark. The Blue Devils headed into the second half up 1-0. The Warriors came out hard in the second half tying the game up at the 47:27 minute mark. Ferguson's goal in the first half wasn't enough for the Blue Devils to pull off the victory.    

The Blue Devils will be back in action Wednesday at Madonna for a 4pm kickoff.
