CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. — The Lawrence Tech University men's bowling team turned in another strong performance at the 2025 Brunswick Midwest Collegiate Championships, finishing 5th overall and advancing to the Final Four after a deep postseason run at Imperial Lanes.

LTU qualified 5th out of a stacked 51 team field with 8,325 total pins, positioning themselves for a solid bracket draw. The Blue Devils defeated Indiana Tech in the Elite Eight 2–1 (182–169, 172–227, 212–170) before falling in a tight Final Four matchup against Purdue University 2–1 (217–231, 219–183, 211–183).

Freshman Nick Weidenbach (Madison Heights, Mich./Lamphere HS) stood out individually, finishing 9th overall with 1,099 total pins and a 220 average, marking one of the top rookie performances in the field.

Head Coach Jon Putti's squad continued its strong early-season form and looks to carry that momentum forward. The Blue Devils return to competition October 25 at the AHBA #1 tournament.
