CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. — The Lawrence Tech University Men's Bowling team delivered another strong performance on Saturday, November 1, finishing 3rd out of 11 teams at WHAC #2 Great Lakes Open, hosted by LTU at Imperial Lanes.
The Blue Devils tallied 5,927 total pins across three team games and four Baker sets, averaging 193.39. Senior
Nick Weidenbach (Madison Heights, Mich./Lamphere HS) rolled a 638 series (223–209–206) to finish 4th out of 125 bowlers, while sophomore K.C. Campbell (Newark, N.J.) placed 5th overall with a 628 series (198–258–172). Both cracked the tournament's top 5, helping LTU stay in contention throughout the day.
Freshman
Cadyn Pranger (Rockford, Mich.) added a solid 590 series, showing the depth of the LTU rotation under Head Coach
Jon Putti. The LTU JV squad also had a strong showing, taking 1st place in the JV division.
