Blue Devils Face Setback Against Indiana Tech Warriors in Lacrosse Clash

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. - In a challenging conference game held on April 16, 2025, at Southfield, Michigan, the Lawrence Tech University men's lacrosse team, also known as the Blue Devils, faced a tough opponent in the Indiana Tech Warriors. The Blue Devils were unable to secure a win, with the final score reading Indiana Tech 18, Lawrence Tech 11. The game displayed a difficult first half for the Blue Devils, finishing at a halftime score of Indiana Tech 9, Lawrence Tech 5.

Senior Eli Lozinski led the scoring efforts for the Blue Devils with an impressive tally of five goals, followed by junior Brendan Shinavier with two. Senior Grady Holmes, senior Jacob Cianci, graduate student Ryan Pastorino, and freshmen Luke Gannon each added one goal to the team's total. In terms of assists, Gannon contributed three and Holmes added four, showing strong team play despite the challenging game. Pastorino also contributed two assists. Freshmen Dylan Porter held the defensive end, making 18 saves on 36 shots as the team's goalie.
