ADRIAN, Mich. - The Blue Devils XC mens and womens teams both opened up WHAC play today, with the men and the women securing 7th place and 10th place respectively.
The men were led by
Silas Smith, who finished 42nd with a total time of 27:25.9. Following behind were
Alex Eplin (50th),
Aiden Brzezinski (67th),
Arline Lile (76th place), and
Marek Unger (79th).
The women were led by
Clara Mackey, who secured a top 20 finish at 19th place with a total time of 24:23.9.
Eden Brewer crossed the finish line at 66th place. Other Blue Devils runners include
Caleigh Bovensiep (77th),
Adison Cooke (92nd), and
Molly Kline (94th).
The Blue Devils will look to climb the leaderboards in their next meet on October 4th in Louisville, Kentucky for the Louisville Invitational.
