Blue Devils Excel On and Off the Field During Historic 2025-26 Athletic Season

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. - Lawrence Technological University Athletics celebrated another historic and successful year during the 2025-26 athletic season, highlighted by team success, individual accomplishments, academic excellence, and milestone achievements across multiple programs.

The Blue Devils combined for an impressive 195 total victories throughout the academic year, continuing the growth and success of LTU Athletics on both the conference and national stage. Lawrence Tech saw 17 programs qualify for their respective Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) postseason tournaments, while six teams advanced to NAIA National Tournament competition.

Several programs reached significant milestones during the year, further cementing their place in Blue Devil history. Baseball recorded its 200th program victory, while Softball also celebrated its 200th all-time win. Men's Volleyball earned its 100th program victory, and Women's Lacrosse reached the 150-win mark. Both the ACHA Division I Men's Hockey and ACHA Division III Men's Hockey programs celebrated their 150th program victories as well. In addition, Lawrence Technological University Athletics surpassed an incredible department-wide milestone by recording its 2,000th all-time athletic victory.

Individually, Blue Devil student-athletes continued to shine throughout the season. LTU athletes earned 40 WHAC Player of the Week honors across multiple sports, while football added four Mid-States Football Association (MSFA) Player of the Week selections.

Conference recognition continued to highlight the success of Lawrence Tech programs, as 90 student-athletes were named to All-WHAC teams for their outstanding performances during the season.

Success in the classroom remained a major point of emphasis for LTU Athletics. A total of 179 student-athletes earned WHAC All-Academic Team honors, while 125 athletes were recognized as NAIA All-Academic honorees, showcasing the department's commitment to excellence both academically and athletically.

On the national stage, seven Blue Devils earned NAIA All-American honors, representing Lawrence Tech among the top collegiate athletes in the country.

The 2025-26 season once again demonstrated the continued growth, competitiveness, and academic achievement of Lawrence Technological University Athletics. With milestones reached, championships pursued, and student-athletes excelling both on and off the field, the future remains bright for Blue Devil Athletics.
