SOUTHFIELD, Mich.- The Lawrence Technological (Mich.) University men's tennis will host Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference foe, Cornerstone (Mich.) University, on Saturday, March 23 at 5 p.m. in the Franklin Athletic Club. The Blue Devils lead the all-time series, 3-1.
Last week, LTU participated in the PTR Spring Tennisfest and finished with a 3-1 tournament record. Lawrence Tech (10-6, 2-1) defeated Berry (Ga.) College, 5-4, Gettysburg (Pa.) College, 6-3, and Thomas More (Ky.) College, 8-1. The Blue Devils fell to (RV) Georgetown (Ky.) College, 6-3. This week, LTU won by default the match against Cleary (Mich.) University as the Cougars abandoned their tennis programs.
