Indianapolis, IND – This past weekend the Lawrence Tech Women's Varsity Bowling team traveled to Indiana to take part of the 2020 MSC Indianapolis College Classic. The Blue Devils finished 3rd overall with a total pin count of 8859, trailing first place Pikeville University by 780 pins and second place University of the Cumberlands by only 6 pins.
Over the course of the weekend, each member of the team were required to bowl 6 total games for an individual score, with the total of all team members accounting for a grand total. This weekend saw Victoria Giardina finishing in the top 10, with a total pin count of 1222 giving her an average of 202.67 pins per game over the weekend.
Coming up, the Blue Devils are on the road again back to Indianapolis, Indiana for the three day Hoosier Classic at Royal Pin – Western bowling alley at 8:00am this Friday the 14th to Sunday the 16th.
